Fast36 is educational software, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Extended fasting carries real physiological risks. Do not begin a 24-hour or longer fast, or any extended protocol, without consulting a qualified clinician — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of eating disorders, diabetes, kidney disease, heart conditions, or take prescription medication.

Stop fasting and seek medical care immediately if you experience dizziness, fainting, irregular heartbeat, severe weakness, confusion, or any symptom that concerns you.

You must be at least 17 years old to use Fast36. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Fast36 Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered at the prices displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Fast36. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro features remain available until then.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Fast36 cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except where permitted by applicable law); use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or attempt to circumvent subscription entitlement checks.

Notes you write about individual fasts are yours. They stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. You retain all rights to this content.

The Fast36 name, logo, app design, iconography, written content (including the Science reference), and source code are owned by the operator of Fast36 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any license to use them outside normal use of the Service.

Fast36 integrates with Apple services (App Store, HealthKit, Siri, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, WatchKit) and with RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. Fast36 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of third-party services.

We may update, change, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers of material changes that affect paid features. If we discontinue Pro features entirely, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, processed through Apple.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast36 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Fast36, its operator, or any of its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to bring a claim locally.

If we materially change these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page and note the change in the app’s release notes. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
