For any question, bug report, or feature request, email hello@fast36.app. We reply within 48 hours on weekdays. Please include your iOS version and the Fast36 build number (Settings → About → Build) if you’re reporting a bug.

Cancel any time — subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us:

1. Open iOS Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Fast36.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period. After that, the app returns to the free tier and 36-hour fasts.

Because Apple processes all payments for Fast36 Pro, they also handle refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Fast36 purchase to request one. Apple typically reviews requests within a few days.

Install Fast36, then open Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Pro entitlement follows your Apple ID, so signing into a new iPhone with the same Apple ID and restoring is enough.

Fast36 stores fasting history on your device only. To export, open a fast’s detail screen and take a screenshot — we don’t currently provide a bulk export (it’s on the roadmap).

To delete everything, delete the app from your iPhone. The local database is removed with it and cannot be recovered. If you also want to remove completed-fast workouts from Apple Health, open the Health app and delete them there.

We can’t answer that — only your clinician can. Fast36 is educational software. Please read the medical disclaimer in our Terms of Service and speak to a qualified professional before attempting a fast longer than 24 hours.
